Service Price

  • JPY 99,000 (maximum 8 hours between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM)
  • JPY9,900 is to be charged for an additional 1 hour separately

including a full coordination and planning of the itinerary based on your personal preferences as well as booking arrangements.

Points of Note

  • Kindly be advised that the price above is subject to change without prior notification.
  • The above fee does not include the charges for arranging transportation such as chauffeured vehicles, or travel expenses of a service provider to the assembly point and other related charges for any additional services you may desire.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before 7 days (12:00PM JST) prior to the requested date – No cancellation fee
  • From 7 days (12:00PM JST) to 4 days (12:00PM JST) prior to the requested date– A cancellation fee of JPY 11,000 will be charged.
  • From 4 days (12:00PM JST) to 1 day (12:00PM JST) prior to the requested date – A cancellation fee of JPY 33,000 will be charged.
  • After 1 day (12:00PM JST) prior to the requested date – A cancellation fee of JPY 55,000 will be charged.

*In terms of the chauffeur arrangement, the full amount is to be charged for any cancellations after 12PM (JST), 3days prior to the requested date.

Payment Methods

There are two options for the payment to ensure a seamless transaction in advance or on the requested day of service.

  1. On-site Credit Card Payment: You can conveniently settle the payment on. The day of the service by using your credit card. POS device will be used to process the payment securely and efficiently.
  2. Online Prepayment: Alternatively, you have the option to settle the payment in advance through online payment platform. This method enables you to securely submit your credit card details, and complete the transaction in advance.

*We accept the following credit card types for payment

❶On-site payment – Visa / Master / American Express / JCB

❷Online payment – Visa / Master / American Express / JCB / Diners Club

* Please note that we only accept online payment in case of the cancellation of the reservations.
